A good skincare routine depends on your skin type and concerns, but here’s a solid general routine:
Morning Routine:
Cleanser – A gentle cleanser to remove excess oil and prep your skin.
Toner (optional) – Helps balance pH and refresh the skin.
Serum – Vitamin C for brightening & antioxidants.
Moisturizer – Hydrates and locks in moisture.
Sunscreen (SPF 30+) – The most important step to prevent aging & protect from UV damage.
Night Routine:
Makeup Remover (if needed) – Oil-based or micellar water.
Cleanser – Removes dirt and oil.
Exfoliation (2-3 times a week) – Chemical (AHA/BHA) or gentle physical exfoliation.
Toner (if using) – Prepares skin for treatments.
Treatment/Serum – Retinol for anti-aging, Niacinamide for acne, or Hyaluronic Acid for hydration.
Eye Cream – If you have concerns about dark circles or puffiness.
Moisturizer – Hydrates and seals everything in.
Face Oil (optional) – For extra nourishment, especially for dry skin.
